Question 1

How do I book an adventure?

Accepted Answer

Pick an adventure, choose a date and time slot, add your group size, and check out. You'll get an instant confirmation and a WhatsApp update from your operator within 4 hours.

Question 2

Can I book for tonight / tomorrow?

Accepted Answer

Yes — most operators keep 48-hour availability live. Skydive and helicopter slots often fill 3–5 days out; balloon flights book up 7–10 days in advance.

Question 3

Can I book for a group?

Accepted Answer

Every adventure supports groups up to 12. For larger events (corporate, weddings, schools) use the "Private booking" option on the adventure page — we'll pair you with an account manager.

Question 4

Do I need to pay the full amount upfront?

Accepted Answer

Yes — the full price is paid online when you book, so the provider can reserve kit, crew and the slot. Refunds follow the cancellation rule shown before you pay: by default, a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hours before the start.

Question 5

What is the cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

Every adventure shows its cancellation rule before you pay, and the same rule appears in your booking. Unless the listing says otherwise, you get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hours before the start; later cancellations and no-shows are not refundable. If the provider cancels or cannot run the activity, you are offered a new date or a full refund.

Question 6

What if weather cancels my adventure?

Accepted Answer

If weather, sea conditions or safety rules mean the activity cannot go ahead, the provider will first offer you a new date. If that does not work for you, you get a refund of the amount you prepaid.

Question 7

Can I reschedule?

Accepted Answer

Rebooking depends on the provider’s availability. Open the booking in your account or message our support team. If you cancel within your booking’s free-cancellation period, you get a full refund.

Question 8

Are all operators verified?

Accepted Answer

Every operator passes a safety audit before listing and is re-audited every 90 days. All crew carry current activity-specific certifications. Full details on our Safety page.

Question 9

What are the health requirements?

Accepted Answer

Each activity has clear medical limits — listed on the adventure page. Generally: no recent surgery, no uncontrolled hypertension, no pregnancy for high-G activities. If in doubt, check with us before booking.

Question 10

Is there an age limit?

Accepted Answer

Varies by activity. Skydive: 18+. Dune bash: 5+ with guardian. Helicopter: 2+ with guardian. Minimum age appears on every adventure page.

Question 11

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and instant bank transfer (UAE). We do not accept cash, crypto, or pay-at-venue.

Question 12

When does the refund hit my account?

Accepted Answer

UAE cards: 3–5 business days. International cards: up to 10 business days. Bank transfers: 1–2 business days. We can't speed this up — it's your bank.

Question 13

Will I be charged in AED?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can browse prices in AED, USD or EUR — converted prices are approximate. Payment is always taken in AED; international cards are billed in your local currency at your card issuer's rate, and we do not add FX fees.

Question 14

How do gift vouchers work?

Accepted Answer

Choose an amount, pick a design, schedule the delivery. Recipients redeem any time within 24 months. Vouchers never expire to the issuer and are fully refundable for 14 days.

Question 15

Can I gift a specific adventure?

Accepted Answer

Yes — choose "Specific adventure voucher" at checkout. The recipient can swap to a different adventure within the same price bracket if they prefer.

Question 16

How do I delete my account?

Accepted Answer

Account settings → Danger zone → Delete account. All personal data is removed within 30 days; anonymised booking records are kept for legal and safety reporting.

Question 17

I forgot my password.

Accepted Answer

Click "Sign in" → "Forgot password". We'll email a reset link that works for 2 hours. If you signed up with Google or Apple, use that button instead.
